Credit and Enterprise Risk Analyst

Job Overview

This role involves managing credit and enterprise risks for a global HR platform, including underwriting deals, monitoring portfolio risks, and developing risk management frameworks. The position supports automation and AI initiatives while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures to make recommendations to the Head of Credit.
• Monitor credit risk at a portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce exposure and losses.
• Support development of risk management framework, maintain risk registry, understand group risks, quantify exposure, and propose preventative actions.
• Develop key policies such as Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions.

Qualifications

• Credit risk, corporate finance, audit, or business operations professional with 4+ years of experience and proven performance.
• Experience with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive successful actions and results.
• Communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.
