Credit & Enterprise Risk Analyst

Job Overview

The Credit & Enterprise Risk Analyst role involves managing credit risks, developing risk management frameworks, and collaborating with teams to automate risk interventions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures to make recommendations to Head of Credit.
• Monitor credit risk at a portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce credit exposure and losses.
• Support development of risk management framework, maintain risk registry, understand group risks, quantify exposure, and propose preventative actions.
• Develop key policies like Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions.

Qualifications

• Credit risk, corporate finance, audit or business operations professional with 4+ years experience and proven performance.
• Experience with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive successful actions and results.
• Communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.
