Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding and serve as their primary contact for all questions during collaboration.
- Analyze KPIs in weekly meetings, identify optimization potentials, and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Proactively drive upsells and contract renewals by demonstrating new opportunities and developing further collaboration potentials.
- Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and campaign management teams to deliver maximum results for clients.
- Maintain clear communication and structure to track measurable progress and keep all stakeholders updated.
Qualifications
- Confident communication with executives, ideally with agency or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills to explain, inspire, and take clear positions when needed.
- Affinity for sales, recognizing and pursuing upsell and renewal opportunities proactively.
- Structured work style with self-responsibility and high quality standards.
- Solution-oriented mindset, identifying potentials and navigating critical situations effectively.
