Digital Marketing Manager

This role involves taking full ownership of go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI in the French market. The focus is on driving awareness, demand, and growth through digital execution, localized websites, and scalable online marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in France
- Take responsibility for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
- Localize messaging, value propositions, and content for the French market
- Drive improvements across the full digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion
- Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies
- Support local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives
- Ensure strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
- Work data-driven, running tests, and continuously optimizing performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
- Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels
- Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
- Native-level proficiency in French
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment
