Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze data to gain meaningful insights and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis, and clear presentation of results.
- Coordinate internal requirements with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to align product with business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure research activities and data aggregation meet high quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Seek opportunities to improve data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes while staying ahead of industry best practices.
- Enhance the holistic rating framework by analyzing market conditions and trends in digital assets to ensure metric accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in the financial industry, with strong focus on credit risk and credit ratings; experience with structured finance risk management is an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with practical knowledge of real-world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including emerging standards for compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience using analytical tools and methodologies; familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English for producing clear reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing plans based on market research, trends, and data-driven insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new market developments, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
