Finance & Operations Manager

Job Overview

This role is essential for managing cash flow, ensuring financial clarity, and maintaining smooth backend processes. It involves handling payments, invoices, KPIs, and financial systems independently while improving existing structures to avoid constant follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and payment processing, including tracking overdue payments and supporting collection processes.
• Prepare weekly KPIs and monthly overviews of payments, open items, and deviations to provide decision-ready data.
• Handle daily checks of new contracts, prepare bookkeeping for the tax advisor, and support contract terminations and billing reviews.
• Develop and optimize processes and systems, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identify and propose solutions for weaknesses.
• Assist in planning and forecasting processes, and provide foundational work for financial controlling.
