Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the founder on strategic and operational projects.
• Take independent responsibility for key projects across all areas.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes to ensure scalable growth.
• Coordinate between teams and ensure projects stay on track.
• Conduct research and prepare strategic decisions for new business areas and partnerships.
