Job Overview

Work directly with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives that drive company growth, with a focus on commercial and strategic topics such as growth, market development, partnerships, and scaling. Advance projects at the intersection of product, market, and partnerships, identify new growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to accelerate commercial development and establish the platform as a leading AI solution for the digital transformation of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Support founders with strategic questions and operational implementation of new initiatives and projects, including creating decision-making bases, presentations, strategy papers, preparing meetings and partner discussions, structuring and accompanying strategic initiatives, supporting central projects, and identifying events and conferences.
• Build scalable processes for sales, customer care, and account management by creating and optimizing sales materials, identifying potential customers and supporting structured sales outreach, participating in sales and customer conversations, and supporting key account management such as partnerships, quarterly business reviews, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support building new markets by analyzing and validating new markets, segments, and potential partners, creating market analyses on the study landscape, regulatory frameworks, and relevant stakeholders, monitoring competitors, study networks, and groups, and developing new initiatives such as internationalization or market expansion.

• High independence and ownership: Have implemented projects or topics end-to-end independently, taking full responsibility.
• Structured and analytical thinking: Quickly grasp complex topics, structure clearly, and think solution-oriented, bringing clarity to chaos in areas like Excel analysis, research documentation, or strategic concepts.
• Strong implementation orientation and project management: Prioritize clearly, maintain overview of multiple topics, and reliably advance projects.
• AI-first working approach: Actively use modern AI tools for research and structuring.
