Job Overview

Provide holistic, independent advisory services to entrepreneur families, focusing on emergency liquidity, asset, and generational planning without sales pressure. Work in a small, family-like team offering neutral guidance on precaution, security, and succession matters on a fee basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent advisory conversations with entrepreneur families, emphasizing financial security within the overall process.
• Accompany clients neutrally and independently, without product sales, within existing mandates.
• Collaborate closely with the team (administration, legal, backoffice) as an integral part of the organization.
• Take responsibility for your project area and contribute actively with ideas to improve client advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in advisory roles such as generations advisor, private banking advisor, or comparable fields.
• Knowledge in advising on business pension plans and private health insurance for entrepreneurs.
• Desire to advise clients freely and honestly, without sales targets or product pushing.
• Empathetic, authentic, and able to build client trust.
• Comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs and SMEs.
• Loyal, reliable, and self-responsible by nature.

Work Arrangement

100% remote with flexible hours (30, 35, or 40 hours per week, including 4-day week options).
