Global Affiliate Program Manager

Partner with affiliate members to consolidate and expand global travel programs by leveraging international resources. Focus on business growth through competitive bids, strategic pricing, technology solutions, and optimized services. Own client retention, implementations, financial performance, business planning, and reviews, emphasizing business continuity, proactive escalation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global travel program in partnership with affiliate members
- Implement and execute a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve, and measure program objectives
- Manage the Global Program Management team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through coordinated sales efforts, pricing strategies, and implementations
- Oversee new business implementations, partnering with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Serve as part of the client support team, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue management and timely resolution
Qualifications
- Prior travel management company experience in an account management role, along with experience working with affiliate members or understanding of the value proposition a global footprint offers
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience within a travel management company
- Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients
- A well-developed understanding of GDS online booking tools along with front and back office agency operations
- A history of successful collaboration with suppliers, including developing unique solutions for specific clients which highlights the value of marketplace relationships
- Advanced written and verbal presentation skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office products, especially MS PowerPoint
- Ability to travel when needed
