Job Overview

This role focuses on leading the strategy and execution for strategic technology alliances and the developer ecosystem, transforming the platform into a programmable AI platform for telemetry. It involves operating at the intersection of product, engineering, go-to-market, and partners to drive integrations, adoption, and revenue through partnerships in cloud, security, observability, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement Build-With strategies with cloud and technology partners, establishing high-level relationships for mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, leading planning and implementation of reference architectures and integrations.
  • Define and execute the Developer Ecosystem strategy, establishing the platform for apps, connectors, pipelines, and more.
  • Drive ecosystem positioning through technical evangelism, events, hackathons, and dev advocacy.
  • Co-own App Marketplace strategy including packaging, pricing, and monetization.
  • Design multi-year strategies for high-impact alliances, enabling partners with best practices, tools, and training.
  • Spearhead technical integrations and joint marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and demand.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and enablement teams.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for partnership success, providing reports and strategic insights.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends and represent the company in thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic alliance development and ecosystem strategy within technology platforms.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with cloud, security, and AI partners.
  • Technical knowledge in integrations, architecture, and platform development.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue through partnerships.
