Job Overview

This role involves supporting the delivery of a scalable, efficient, and high-quality people function in a fast-paced, acquisitive SaaS environment. The position focuses on managing core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting capability, and process efficiency.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment legislation.
  • Own and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and documentation to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Provide reporting and insights on key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, etc.) to support decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business.
  • Support HR activities related to acquisitions, including due diligence data preparation and onboarding of new employees into systems and processes.
  • Assist with the integration of acquired businesses by aligning HR data, policies, and processes with group standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations and managing core HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and data management.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.
  • Ability to optimize processes and provide HR metrics reporting.
  • Strong service delivery skills for HR queries and stakeholder support.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions and business integrations.
