Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting capability, and process efficiency.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment legislation.
- Own and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and documentation to drive consistency and scalability.
- Provide reporting and insights on key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business.
- Support HR activities related to acquisitions, including due diligence data preparation and onboarding of new employees into systems and processes.
- Assist with the integration of acquired businesses by aligning HR data, policies, and processes with group standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations and managing core HR processes.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and data management.
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.
- Ability to optimize processes and provide HR metrics reporting.
