This fully remote role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, building culture, and managing events in a remote company of 200 people dedicated to solving healthcare challenges. Responsibilities include planning summits and virtual events, running buddy programs, producing newsletters, and handling people operations like compliance and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate company summits, including logistics and vendor management.
- Organize and run at least two virtual company events per year.
- Design and manage recognition programs, including peer-to-peer and milestone celebrations.
- Coordinate rewards, prizes, end-of-year gifts, and employer branding initiatives.
- Create and distribute quarterly people operations newsletters via Figma and manage Slack communications.
- Coordinate new hire welcome sessions, happy hours, and buddy programs.
- Handle people operations tasks such as I-9 verification, scanned mail processing, contractor onboarding, compliance trainings, and workplace posters.
- Administer stipends for co-working and learning & development, manage desk budget refreshes, and oversee swag vendor operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in People operations or related experience.
