Job Overview

Own the top of the recruiting funnel by researching markets, building targeted searches, identifying high-potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, adding them to Ashby, and executing personalized multi-touch outreach sequences. Manage high-volume, high-quality sourcing across multiple roles while maintaining a clean pipeline and delivering insights to support rapid team scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute targeted boolean search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other platforms for assigned roles.
  • Pre-qualify candidates for role fit, location, language, and track record before adding to Ashby with complete profiles and notes.
  • Launch and manage multi-touch outreach sequences, monitor reply rates, and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Ashby, tag candidates accurately, flag strong replies within 24 hours, and update statuses in real time.
  • Deliver structured weekly reports, flag blockers immediately, participate in weekly syncs, and incorporate feedback from phone screens.
  • Conduct ongoing market mapping for roles, identify new sourcing channels, and share proactive insights on talent markets and compensation.

Qualifications

  • Proven sourcing experience running boolean searches, building outreach sequences, and delivering qualified pipelines under time pressure.
  • Experience with Ashby or another ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable, with ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator to identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent written English for personalized, concise outreach messages.
  • High attention to detail, data-driven mindset to track and improve metrics like reply and conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and show genuine curiosity about the roles being sourced.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance workflow and outreach.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and available to work in Europe timezone.
