Job Overview

This role involves building and developing the People function from the ground up in a growing SaaS company. You will design processes, standards, and structures in close collaboration with teams and management, combining strategic thinking with operational execution to support sustainable growth, clear structures, and a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to development and offboarding.
  • Establish transparent guidelines, efficient administrative processes, and reliable People standards, serving as the central point of contact for all personnel-related topics.
  • Build a professional, structured, candidate-oriented recruiting process and continuously develop employer branding and creative, data-based recruiting strategies.
  • Handle end-to-end recruiting, supporting planned growth from needs planning with teams and management to active sourcing, interviews, and contract preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with management on organizational issues and growth processes.
  • Support leaders in People topics and promote a transparent, appreciative, and performance-oriented company culture.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree with a focus on business, psychology, law, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in recruiting and generalist HR, ideally with experience in building or optimizing processes.
  • Highly self-organized, able to set priorities, and work structured.
  • Initiative, proactive in shaping, and hands-on approach.
  • Empathetic, strong communicator, and enjoys close collaboration with teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
