Job Overview

This role involves training, implementing, and integrating HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, and Content Hubs for clients. It combines strategy and technical execution, working with both new and experienced HubSpot users to maximize subscription value.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new HubSpot customers and train existing users
  • Audit HubSpot portals to develop strategic plans with prioritized recommendations
  • Set up tools across all Hubs, including workflows, lists, chatbots, and reporting dashboards
  • Lead CRM implementations, including data migrations and custom integrations
  • Implement data hygiene strategies focused on lead scoring and lifecycle stages
  • Customize HubSpot using custom properties, objects, and contact records
  • Integrate external platforms with HubSpot via native and custom methods
  • Use Supered to embed process documentation and enablement within HubSpot
  • Script and record tutorial videos for YouTube
  • Answer HubSpot-related questions in online forums like Reddit and Quora
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product changes, including new AI tools

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Admin or super user, preferably in an agency
  • Expert knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Hubs (Content Hub is a bonus)
  • Hands-on experience with building and deploying process boards and packages in Supered
  • Multiple HubSpot Academy certifications
  • Experience with complex CRM implementations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with data migration, Salesforce-to-HubSpot processes, custom integrations, and API-related skills
  • Strong passion for training users with varying technical knowledge
  • Project management and client relationship skills
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects
