Junior Product Manager and Scrum Master

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the team’s process and continuously improve it as a Change Agent
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and ticket prioritization in Jira
• Ensure tasks are well-described, ready for development, and aligned with business priorities
• Monitor team capacity and support effective resource management across projects
• Help optimize skills, availability, and workload distribution within the team
• Remove blockers and protect the team’s flow from disruptions
• Work with the main PM on future planning and risk management
• Act as a key business-facing contact for the client
• Build trust in client relationships and support external communication
• Keep business goals in focus while setting healthy boundaries
• Support team morale and psychological safety
• Share Scrum and process knowledge across the organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of commercial experience in the IT industry
• Solid theoretical knowledge of Scrum and product delivery processes
• Deep understanding of Agile principles
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of backlog quality, prioritization, and team planning
• Polish and English at C1 level
• Assertiveness, confidence, and strong organization skills
