Job Overview

This role involves managing and strategically developing key accounts for a SaaS company focused on digitalizing real estate management processes. You will act as a trusted partner to major clients, helping them optimize the use of the platform while identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the care and strategic development of key accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling potentials
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and manage expansions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and reduce churn risks
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and workshops, both digitally and on-site
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor developments, sharing insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and report on sales and business developments

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience in Key Account Management or consultative B2B sales
  • Experience handling complex customer structures and decision processes, ideally in SaaS or real estate
  • Ability to understand business models and translate customer needs into solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchy levels, including C-level
  • Structured work approach, clear prioritization, and high standards for quality and reliability
  • Strong focus on long-term customer development and customer lifetime value
  • Excellent German (native level) and negotiation-level English
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
