Job Overview

This role involves providing legal advice and representation in administrative cases, particularly in insurance law, while contributing to the digitalization and automation of legal processes in a technology-driven firm focused on individuals’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Establish a new era of legal enforcement by digitalizing and automating legal processes.
• Manage relationships and contact with clients, providing legal advice and representation in administrative cases.
• Conduct negotiations with opposing parties and their lawyers.
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, contracts, and similar documents.
• Handle cases independently and represent clients both out of court and in court.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams.
• Provide experience and feedback into the product development process, working directly with product managers and executive management on improvements in workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Admitted full lawyer in Germany with at least 1 year of experience (ideally in insurance law).
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
• Enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic environment on the future of the legal market.
