Job Overview

Lead the development and implementation of access and HEOR strategy for the assigned rare disease portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure treatments remain accessible to patients. Support the HIDO franchise initially, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic market access team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of market access/HEOR strategy, tactics, and marketing materials for assigned brands.
  • Collaborate with partners across the business, including Brand Marketing, Patient Services, HEOR, Finance, Sales, and Data/Analytics.
  • Collaborate to set the strategy for the US HEOR/RWE group across assigned disease areas within the Rare Disease Portfolio.
  • Monitor spend and manage assigned payer marketing budget for brands.
  • Serve as a resource on US Market Access strategies, tactics, and situation assessments for cross-functional partners.
  • Lead engagement with creative agency partners for assigned portfolio and facilitate Promotional Review Board review of marketing materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand access messages are integrated for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10 years progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry across key functions such as marketing, market access, contracting, and commercial operations.
