Licensing Coordinator

Job Overview

The Licensing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring compliance for licensed artwork across collegiate institutions and sports properties. This position involves updating logo sheets for sales reps and licensed properties, managing submissions and approvals, and supporting various compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with artwork submissions, including responses, pending items, and approvals
• Release holds for non-pending artwork orders
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the licensing manager
• Review flagged licensed event artwork for proper marks, verbiage, and colors
• Review licensing holds reports and notify relevant parties about ship date adjustments
• Serve as contact for questions on Gear licensed artwork from sales reps or ASAs
• Maintain institutions’ licensing pages, collaborating with Senior Artist for updates
• Submit sample orders required by institutions through ASAs and ship when ready
• Work with art design team to review specific sketch requests
• Review Art Complete Licensor Art Approval Report for held orders
• Submit artwork for patch and SMU designs for overseas production approval

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree in Sports Management, Communications, or Business preferred
• One to three years of experience in quality review preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Oracle experience a plus
