Job Overview

Develop and manage real estate networks for immersive VR gaming arenas. Collaborate with sales, expansion, and onboarding teams to identify and secure suitable properties for franchise partners, ensuring commercial, legal, and technical fit. Focus on scaling internationally with strong franchise partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable properties for new EVA arenas (1–2 arenas + gastro areas).
  • Work with franchisees, real estate agents, project developers, owners, and cities.
  • Assess locations for commercial, legal, and technical suitability.
  • Assist franchisees with existing properties in evaluation and optimization.
  • Monitor projects early, build relationships, and anticipate expansion needs.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team during planning, construction, and handover.
  • Structurally evaluate locations (scoring, plans, lease conditions, surroundings).
  • Maintain a clean and transparent pipeline in CRM.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in acquiring or developing commercial real estate networks.
  • Secure handling of lease agreements, conditions, and negotiations.
  • Understanding of spaces, floor plans, basic technology, and location logic.
  • Enthusiasm for travel (mainly within Germany).
  • Very good German, professional English (French is a plus).
  • Open, adaptable, solution-oriented mindset; hands-on approach; team success over ego; deliver before demanding.
