Responsibilities
- Optimize marketing and sales channels such as SEO, social media, paid ads, email, and affiliate to maximize enrollments and efficiency.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion for a seamless user experience.
- Define measurable growth metrics including lead generation, conversions, and revenue; provide regular reporting on performance, ROI, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets across paid and organic channels to achieve optimal ROI.
- Experiment with emerging channels like podcasts, influencers, or new ad platforms aligned with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably in the education space.
- People leadership experience required.
- Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, strategy, automation, and communications.
- Experience working with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and position key features.
- Strong initiative and collaboration skills with executive leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
