The Marketing Strategy Specialist leads regional go-to-market planning in APAC with a focus on digital marketing and ecommerce growth. This role develops and executes integrated campaigns to drive demand, increase qualified traffic, and optimize conversions across APAC markets, partnering with sales, product, and global marketing teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant campaigns that deliver measurable impact against revenue and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy for an APAC market with Australia focus
- Develop annual and quarterly campaign planning including messaging frameworks, priorities, and GTM approach
- Align with product teams on priority products and growth areas
- Plan execution across regions in partnership with Sales, SH, and COEs
- Drive campaigns supporting smaller revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Emphasize paid media and digital campaigns with strategy focus over hands-on execution
- Interpret performance data, reports, and agency outputs to guide optimization
- Support transition of paid media from agency to in-house
- Act as liaison between teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build clear campaign propositions, reporting frameworks, and insights
Qualifications
- Experience working in or with the Australian market (essential)
- Strong background in digital marketing and paid media strategy
- Confidence managing campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution to performance
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and next steps
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable drafting initial campaign messaging and ad copy
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows is a plus
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
