Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize lead campaigns using Google Ads, social, and native ads (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
- Conduct ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA, and conversion rates to derive actions for scaling and budget allocation.
- Create, test, and optimize creatives and landing pages using AI-supported insights and tools.
- Collaborate closely with creative and data teams to implement new ideas quickly.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in AI and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing focused on lead generation.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and native advertising (main focus), ideally including Meta and TikTok.
- Experience using various AI tools for campaign optimization, creative creation, or data analysis (beyond just ChatGPT).
- Proficient in tracking, tag management, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and passion for testing and growth.
- Creative sense for advertising materials and messaging to engage leads relevantly.
- Team-oriented, self-initiative, independent working style, and fluent German skills.
