Online Marketing Manager – Mediabuyer

Job Overview

This role involves managing online marketing campaigns as a Mediabuyer, focusing on performance advertising, real-time tracking, optimization, and building effective user experience funnels using in-house technology. The position is remote, suitable for analytical and creative individuals with a commercial sense, handling campaigns for global clients across 50+ countries.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met while managing an ever-growing amount of campaigns.
• Liaise with partners and sales reps, building long-term relationships and making custom deals.
• Analyze data and update the team on hot opportunities and market trends.
• Brainstorm with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes.
• Launch new international campaigns every day.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Manage large monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor degree, post-graduate studies would be a plus.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Tenacious, hard-driving self-starter who will do what it takes to hit goals.
• Ability to figure things out independently and find new solutions.
• Flexible schedule, not having a 9 to 5 mentality, adjusting based on various time zones.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Result-driven with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Good understanding of advertising terminology: CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.
• Proven track record of high spending accounts.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Google Ads / SEO knowledge; experience would be a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design or Photoshop would be a big plus.
