This part-time remote role supports the founder of a small tech company focused on AI training for tax offices. Involves 10 hours per week handling daily operational tasks to allow focus on software development and consulting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM for webinar sales by updating customer data and keeping overviews.
- Prepare customer communications, such as formatting emails and structuring inquiries.
- Book and arrange appointments, including meetings, calls, and webinars.
- Organize marketing measures by planning campaigns and supporting implementation.
- Maintain YouTube channel by uploading videos, writing descriptions, and managing community.
- Support the founder to free up time for core activities.
Qualifications
- Interest in AI and tax consulting.
- Currently studying in a Master’s program (field irrelevant).
- Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Communicative and enjoys writing.
- Quick to adapt to new tools.
