Owner Success Manager

Job Overview

This role focuses on ensuring property success for owners in commercial real estate management. It involves overseeing strategic processes, from tenant negotiations to maintenance and budgeting, within a tech-enabled platform that manages over 1.5 billion euros in assets across Germany. The position offers full remote flexibility combined with access to local offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of building usage, tenant structure, and management of expiring leases or contractual options.
• Develop leasing concepts considering expansion investments and independently negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Ensure cost-efficient selection and execution of maintenance and capital expenditure measures in coordination with technical and insurance experts.
• Maintain strong relationships with key tenants and monitor market needs for future-proof space design.
• Participate in property budgeting and establish monitoring controls to measure performance and adhere to economic guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews with property owners to present success metrics and optimization opportunities based on current economic and technical developments.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business, real estate economics, or equivalent training.
• Comprehensive expertise and experience in investment and/or asset management of commercial real estate.
• Excellent relationship management with proven success in key account management.
• Solid knowledge in maintenance and claims processing.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and deep understanding of needs from institutional owners.
