Job Overview

This hands-on role involves managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with potential for others based on experience and client needs. You’ll handle 3 to 5 client accounts, focusing on execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis. Reporting to the Performance Director, the position offers training in proven methods and opportunities for growth into client communication and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy
  • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Share insights and best practices with your team
  • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion
  • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
