Job Overview

Support the sales team as a central point of contact for sales partners in the German-speaking region. Develop strategic, sustainable partnerships and build a high-performing partner ecosystem that grows successfully together. Reporting line to the Unit Lead Sales DACH.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a thoughtful partner strategy for the DACH region, including identification, acquisition, and onboarding of new partners.
  • Build and continuously develop long-term, trust-based relationships with existing partners.
  • Support partners in business development, pipeline generation, and market cultivation to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute joint business plans, regular partner reviews, and define and track clear goals and KPIs.
  • Enable partners through training, workshops, sales and marketing support in close collaboration with presales, marketing, sales operations, and other internal teams.
  • Steer and coordinate sales opportunities with partners from lead generation to successful closure.
  • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in partner management at a manufacturer, ideally in IT or security environment.
  • Experience in building and developing sales partners, resellers, or system integrators.
  • Confident handling of complex, explanatory solutions (e.g., software, cloud, or hybrid solutions).
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength and a structured way of working.
  • Experience with modern CRM and sales tools as well as partner-oriented go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as negotiation confidence at decision-maker level.
  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification, plus motivation for continuous development.
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written, as well as confident English skills for international collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
