Job Overview

This role involves driving partner ecosystem growth in the DACH region for a SaaS company focused on risk and compliance solutions. You’ll build and manage channel partnerships to achieve revenue goals in a high-performance, remote environment emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the current partner community, validate viability, and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Build and execute growth and development business plans with partners across the product portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador at industry events, nurture networks, and identify high-potential partners.
  • Create alignment between partners and sales through joint account planning and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate on demand generation campaigns to increase pipeline and partner visibility.
  • Establish training and enablement plans for partners in sales, solutions engineering, and implementation.
  • Conduct regular QBRs, manage partner accounts and pipelines in Salesforce.com, and report progress.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience building and managing partner/channel relationships in the DACH region delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong track record in SaaS or software solutions; risk and compliance experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, engaging at all levels from sales reps to C-level executives.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset thriving in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong business management skills with ability to influence based on credibility and respect.
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment valuing innovation, debate, and follow-through.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies.
