Job Overview

This role focuses on managing influencer and UGC partnerships, sourcing creators aligned with brand aesthetics, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality content. It involves building relationships, handling press inquiries, and ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and build a pipeline of on-brand creators with attention to aesthetic and audience fit.
  • Develop and send detailed briefs to guide creators toward brand-aligned content.
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and usage rights while balancing budget and relationships.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, including outreach, contracting, product send-outs, content review, and payments.
  • Review submitted content against briefs and brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain the UGC asset library for archiving and repurposing.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing to align creator content with paid performance needs.
  • Lead content grid recommendations and represent partnerships in alignment meetings.
  • Coordinate with brand and DTC teams on priority products for creator coverage.
  • Track best-sellers and brief creative teams on content needs.
  • Manage incoming press requests and maintain press trackers.
  • Serve as point of contact with PR agency, providing product and brand support.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, PR coordination, or related field.
  • Experience managing creator or influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and content approvals.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as ShopMy, CreatorIQ, or Aspire.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with consistent follow-through and clear communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to different contexts.
  • Detail-oriented in handling contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Trained eye for brand fit and aesthetic alignment.
  • Comfortable with negotiation while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to issues.
  • Genuine interest in creator and influencer trends and platforms.
