Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Generate leads and fill the funnel to activate qualified patients.
- Conceive and test creatives, ads, and landing pages.
- Optimize conversions (A/B tests, UTM tracking, Tag Manager, GA4).
- Analyze and report on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and funnel drop-offs.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and design teams for seamless customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Multi-year experience in digital B2C marketing (e.g., E-Health, D2C, E-Commerce).
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and web analytics.
- Expertise in conversion optimization and performance-oriented scaling.
- Focus on KPIs and structured, data-driven work approach.
- Self-responsibility, execution strength, and strategic thinking.
- Very good German and good English skills.
