Job Overview

This role focuses on scaling internal processes to match rapid customer growth by identifying bottlenecks in departments like Operations, Finance, and HR, and transforming them into automated, scalable systems using low/no-code tools and intelligent design. The position integrates deeply with teams to drive data-informed decisions and measurable efficiency improvements in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable processes by deconstructing complex manual workflows and rebuilding them into resilient, automated systems.
• Enable seamless automation by implementing workflows that connect software landscapes using platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Act as a strategic satellite and diplomat, integrating into departments to understand challenges and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Enable data-driven decisions by building transparent dashboards and automated reporting to visualize efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier) and solid understanding of REST APIs.
• Expertise in process architecture, dissecting and rebuilding operational value chains for scale.
• Strong ability to visualize complex data using BI tools or SQL for process insights.
• 5+ years of professional experience at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Tech, such as Operations Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• Proven track record in scaling processes in high-growth environments from manual to automated phases.
• System fluency in treating software tools as interchangeable building blocks, mastering their logic quickly.
• Pragmatic mindset prioritizing functional solutions over perfection.
