Job Overview

In this fully remote role, you will procure materials, equipment, supplies, and services for complex aerospace electronics based on program-specific requirements. You will support supplier statements of work, coordinate technical evaluations of subcontractor proposals, and manage subcontract activities while adhering to federal acquisition regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop supplier statements of work for multiple contract types, adhering to FAR, DFAR, and procurement compliance.
  • Coordinate SME inputs for technical evaluations of complex subcontractor proposals, assessing realism, reasonableness, and completeness.
  • Handle supplier solicitations, develop evaluation criteria, select suppliers, and compile RFP packages aligned with proposal scope, schedule, and objectives.
  • Lead supplier proposal evaluations, employ price analysis techniques, and investigate supplier performance viability.
  • Negotiate subcontract provisions, generate subcontract packages for review and awards, and support modifications, ECOs, and SDRL deliverables.
  • Perform post-award activities including modifications, funding management, spend tracking, milestone payments, and invoice authorizations.
  • Exercise authorized signature authority for procurements and subcontracts, serving as contractual point of contact with suppliers.
  • Represent subcontracts function on cross-functional teams to drive success and build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience procuring materials, equipment, supplies, and services for complex aerospace electronics.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and procurement compliance.
  • Skills in supplier evaluation, proposal analysis, negotiation, and post-award subcontract management.
  • Ability to coordinate with SMEs, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
