Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, operations coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
