Program Manager

Job Overview

Lead cross-functional internal initiatives to enable strategic priorities and improve outcomes for teammates and clients. Oversee multiple related projects, align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Operate as a central point of coordination, partnering with business, technology, operations, and support teams to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs in alignment with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate regular program cadence including steering committees, status updates, standups, and retrospectives with stakeholders across departments.
• Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and business leaders to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and scope; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Escalate critical blockers with recommended options and trade-offs to ensure timely decision-making.
• Implement and champion program management best practices, templates, and tools such as RAID logs, communication plans, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, or a related role in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading internal, multi-team initiatives; exposure to technology, services, or consulting environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
