Job Overview

Lead large-scale projects for enterprise clients in leave solutions, focusing on designing, building, and executing initiatives that deliver strategic value. Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, ensuring program success through collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and oversee the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic client initiatives.
• Champion and utilize best of breed technology (Smartsheet, SFDC, etc.) for all work performed.
• Drive innovation, optimize business process and workflows, and deliver exceptional business value through effective program execution.
• Design and manage project execution, identify and resolve risks, and adapt as needed to ensure success.
• Anticipate changes, position recommendations appropriately, and communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management across the client project portfolio.
• Manage the successful execution of multiple large-scale, complex client projects and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior leadership.
• Act as a change agent, seeking and pursuing new ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional programs and projects in support of strategic client initiatives.
• Deep expertise in project management, including leading meetings, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, defining roles, resolving conflicts, and driving project progress.
• Significant experience in driving results and navigating downstream impacts.
• Experience facilitating project progress through compelling listening, influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
