Job Overview

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG Ready implementation projects remotely, guiding clients of varying size and complexity through the launch process. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and teams focused on HR, Payroll, Time, and technical integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage a team of functional consultants and oversee technical aspects.
  • Conduct status calls and governance meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Track progress, communicate changes, and hold teams accountable for deadlines and tasks.
  • Prepare weekly status reports on accomplishments, risks, and next steps.
  • Facilitate resolution of risks and issues, ensuring quality deliverables and sign-offs.
  • Set expectations, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement in project methodology.
  • Model professionalism and customer-first orientation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of UKG project management experience, preferably 2 years with UKG Ready.
  • Experience in enterprise-level project deployments with multi-work streams.
  • UKG Ready full-suite implementation experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Smart Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Legal residence and ability to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Preferred: Experience with change management, user acceptance testing, and maintaining project systems.
