Job Overview

You will serve as the central contact for hoteliers, guiding them through a structured, multi-stage consulting process toward energy-efficient futures—from initial strategy discussions to final planning. Translate technical results into clear recommendations, building trust with strong communication, technical understanding, and organizational skills to ensure targeted, practical project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy consulting projects from initial customer contact to delivery of completed plans.
• Conduct on-site inspections, analyze current building and technical conditions, and capture relevant details.
• Clearly explain to customers which energy measures are sensible and economical based on calculated results.
• Guide customers through the consulting process with sales-oriented skills from stage to stage.
• Present results in a structured, comprehensible, and convincing manner, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or training in architecture, civil engineering, energy consulting, or comparable qualification.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical content understandably and convincingly.
• Experience dealing with customers, ideally with sales responsibility in a consulting environment.
• Technical understanding of buildings, building technology, and energy relationships.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Willingness for occasional on-site appointments with hotel customers across Germany.
