Responsibilities

• Independent creditor and debtor accounting
• Payment transactions
• Ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and payment monitoring
• Reportings, budget planning, and evaluations
• VAT declarations
• Ancillary cost and buyer settlements
• Contact person for owners, tax advisors, and auditors

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training in real estate or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in property accounting
• Secure handling of digital tools and accounting or management software (especially ix-Haus)
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Enthusiasm for remote work and self-managed time scheduling
• Team ability and clear communication
