Psychology Internship in Human Resources

Job Overview

This mandatory psychology internship provides hands-on experience in the HR field, focusing on People & Culture. Work remotely with flexible hours to actively shape recruitment processes, support employee engagement, and gain insights in an innovative digital health environment. The internship requires at least 300 hours, preferably 20 hours part-time, starting from mid-August 2026, under the supervision of an M.Sc. Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to recruiting processes, including job postings, screening, and candidate communication
• Support employee retention and motivation by creating a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys
• Assist in planning and implementing People & Culture initiatives
• Participate in digital team meetings
• Join team days every 3 months (3 days in an AirBnB in North Rhine-Westphalia)

Qualifications

• At least 2.5 years of experience in psychology studies
• Previous internships or comparable experiences exceeding 200 hours are advantageous
