Responsibilities
- Establish and execute long-term vision, strategy, and operating plan for the retail channel in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive scalable growth initiatives in retail production, recruiting, geographic expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain financial accountability including revenue growth, expense management, margin optimization, and profitability.
- Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Lead retail sales strategy, market penetration, branch expansion, and production growth.
- Oversee senior retail sales leadership and regional executives for consistent execution and performance.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing retail leadership teams including regional, area, and branch managers.
- Partner with recruiting to attract, develop, and retain top retail production talent.
- Establish performance expectations, accountability frameworks, and succession planning.
- Serve as executive ambassador with partners and stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally with operations, marketing, compliance, finance, capital markets, and technology.
- Champion process improvement, innovation, and risk management, providing regular executive reporting.
