Job Overview

Build and manage the top of the sales funnel by mapping the total addressable market, identifying contacts, and executing signal-based outbound campaigns to schedule demos. Work closely with the CEO and sales team using tools like Clay, n8n/Make, Claude, Lemlist, and HubSpot to create scalable lead generation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain total addressable market (TAM) in Clay for DACH companies in industries like Retail, Hospitality, and Logistics.
  • Automatically identify and enrich contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot with structured data.
  • Set up signal-based triggers (e.g., hiring signals, news events, new locations, leadership changes) to prioritize outreach.
  • Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end across LinkedIn, email, and multi-channel sequences, including writing copy.
  • Drive demo scheduling as core KPI to support the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data cleaning, duplicate removal, and pipeline optimization.
  • Perform manual research when needed and continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing based on data.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Clay for building TAMs, enrichment workflows, and contact identification.
  • Comfortable in HubSpot for managing companies, contacts, pipelines, and automated workflows.
  • Skilled in writing short, clear, persona-specific outbound copy that converts.
  • Experience running outbound campaigns hands-on, not just building infrastructure.
  • Highly analytical with ability to track, measure, and optimize based on data.
  • Comfortable with manual research and discerning when to use automation.
  • Studied business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
