Revenue Operations Manager

This role involves building and shaping an excellent revenue operations area, analyzing existing processes, translating metrics into actionable recommendations, and developing scalable solutions to boost efficiency and growth. You’ll turn data into revenue opportunities and ensure they are realized through smart processes and tools, while working closely with the Head of RevOps to elevate sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze key metrics across the entire revenue funnel, from lead volume and conversion rates to forecasts.
- Build meaningful dashboards and reports to make sales performance, funnel KPIs, and forecasts transparent.
- Lead projects for process optimization and operational integration of go-to-market teams.
- Support identification and implementation of synergies within the company group.
Qualifications
- Completed degree with very good grades in fields like business administration, mathematics, business informatics, economic psychology, engineering sciences, or similar.
- At least 1 year of professional experience related to revenue operations, lead management, customer success, sales, or similar areas.
- Experience in preparing and interpreting data using tools like Excel, BI tools, or CRM systems.
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, enjoyment of understanding data, models, connections, improving workflows, and trying new technologies.
- High initiative, enjoyment of working at team interfaces, and bringing together different perspectives.
- Very good German skills (at least C2 level).
- Ideally, initial experience in prompting, n8n, Python, or R.
