Job Overview

Take full responsibility for bookkeeping and financial reporting under HGB for diverse clients. Provide expert support in VAT law, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, communicate financial insights, and optimize processes using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire bookkeeping and financial reporting according to HGB for various clients.
• Advise clients on all VAT law matters in a clear and solution-oriented manner.
• Independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and ensure quality.
• Proactively communicate financial insights and provide valuable recommendations to clients.
• Implement modern financial processes and adapt to new tools like DATEV, SAP, or Navision.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HGB and solid expertise in VAT law.
• Several years of experience in bookkeeping, ideally with insights into the dynamic startup world.
• Proficient in systems like DATEV or SAP, and comfortable learning new software environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex figures into clear strategies and confidently engage with stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented hands-on mentality.
