Senior Associate Global Employment Law

Join the Global Employment Law team as a trusted business partner, providing practical legal solutions on employment matters across jurisdictions. Work closely with HR and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to manage risks, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house legal advice on employment and labour law matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, grievances, exits, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities, delivering clear, practical guidance.
- Conduct research on employment laws across jurisdictions and prepare summaries and recommendations.
- Monitor global developments in labour and employment laws and inform the team of key changes.
- Support and manage employment-related projects, policy updates, and compliance initiatives.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, templates, and policies for compliance.
- Assist in handling employment disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Build relationships with HR, business stakeholders, and regional colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of the Global Employment Law function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in employment and labour law (law firm and/or in-house).
- Open to individual learning and development.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce original legal analysis with careful validation.
- Committed to acting as a trusted legal business partner.
- Prior exposure to multi-jurisdictional or global employment law matters strongly preferred.
