Responsibilities
- Partner in designing the strategic direction of the Consultant Relations function.
- Build and progress relationships with key leadership in the consulting community to increase awareness and preference.
- Support market-facing meetings, prepare for consultant interactions, and respond to RFIs in collaboration with sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product Management, and Client Success to inform goals and roadmaps based on consultant feedback.
- Serve as a point person for key large-market consultants at firms like Aon, Mercer, and WTW.
- Document and cultivate contacts within consulting firms to support sales expansion.
- Generate interest in the company by highlighting differentiators and securing RFP inclusions.
- Maintain vendor profiles in consultant databases and identify participation opportunities in firm activities.
- Solicit feedback from consultants on market trends, client needs, and product input.
- Explore strategic alliance opportunities for product distribution with consulting firms.
- Maintain and enhance the Consultant Relations dashboard for tracking activities.
- Co-develop content and materials with the team and Product Marketing.
- Ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing.
