Responsibilities

  • Serve as marketing strategist for assigned programs, including planning, execution, evaluation, optimization, and reporting across channels to meet enrollment targets.
  • Develop and maintain target personas and program positioning/messaging for partners, considering brand, competition, and student journey stages.
  • Partner with service and enrollment directors to monitor program health and collaborate on optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and rollout innovative strategies for student recruitment.
  • Track enrollment funnel and program status weekly, reporting key metrics to pod members, leadership, and partners.
  • Own the Program Assets Adjustments Request process, including vetting requests, creating audits, and managing implementation.
  • Maintain and update annual marketing plans and roadmaps, flagging risks and constraints.
  • Lead collection and curation of student testimonials/profiles, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or advertising, preferably multi-channel digital, with proven campaign execution, project management, and result analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and client presentation experience.
  • Strong project management and account management background.
  • Demonstrated analytical knowledge and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM systems, social media platforms, and automated email platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello and collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
