Job Overview

Lead Medicaid-related initiatives as the Information and Standards Manager for a key contract in healthcare IT. This role combines project management with oversight of data governance and compliance to ensure standards are met across vendor-responsible areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data and information standards across all vendor-responsible areas.
• Lead and manage medium to large-scale healthcare IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on data governance, standards compliance, and interface documentation.
• Ensure adherence to MITA, MECT, and agency-defined standards; provide metrics reports as requested.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to broader project management efforts when ISM-specific tasks are not active.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system design, development, and maintenance with increasing responsibility.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects through the full lifecycle.
• 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience.
• Strong understanding of data governance and healthcare IT compliance frameworks (MITA, MECT).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
